Mission Statement
The Big Brothers Big Sisters movement was based on the premise that youth, in order to reach their full potential as men and women, need the influence of mature, responsible and responsive adults during their formative years. The concept of Big Brothers and Big Sisters is to promote a one-to-one friendship between a mature, stable adult and a child.
It is the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Finney County to empower our community's youth by developing a sense of self-worth and responsibility through individualized, effective mentoring relationships.
